No lift access for upper floors makes lugging heavy bags a chore!!! Noise from the pub can be intrusive, especially late at night!!! Breakfast timing doesn't accommodate early travelers satisfactorily!!!

We were blown away the moment we walked in the door being treated like family that had arrived home the staff were friendly and took our bags and had a lovely meal after freshening up

Had an incredible weekend stay! The Black and White room was surprisingly spacious compared to the photos. Enjoyed a delicious English breakfast with unlimited coffee every morning! I would definitely come back here!

stayed at the fitzrovia belle for 2 nights and loved it! the staff was incredibly friendly and flexible with our needs. everything in the double room was functional and well decorated. it's nestled between two tube stations, making it super easy to get around. the restaurant's breakfast was included and delicious, and other food options weren't overpriced.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the space. The staff were super nice, making us feel welcome every day. The bed was comfy, and the coffee at breakfast was on point! Although we had a long wait for our food one night—major bummer—it didn't ruin our whole trip.

Expect a less-than-ideal night’s sleep. noise from the pub below and street traffic leaves much to be desired, especially if you’re on a lower floor. Room size is quite cramped, and I've seen better maintenance. the bathroom floor had what looked like a stain, and finding reliable WiFi was a challenge. The absence of air conditioning left the room feeling stuffy, relying only on a portable heater during winter. Plus, the lack of breakfast options for early risers was a letdown, missing an opportunity to redeem the stay.
